If you push a turf and win the fight, you can then push any other turfs as long as you're still winning the fights. (This is so there's a reward for actually winning a turf beef.)
The gang that loses the fight will be put on a 30 min cooldown where they cannot push any other turf or sell on their own turfs. (This is to ensure there is an actual punishment for losing.)
