• Content must comply with FiveM and Rockstar Games terms

5. Digital Payments and Refunds

• All store items are for digital use therefore, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable
• Donations to Sync Network hold no value in the game server and are voluntary and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time in line with inflation of our third-party providers
• Payment information is handled securely by our payment processors, The Modding Collective [TMC]

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our terms of service, or TMC's Terms of Service, or server rules without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
